Yeates Mancil Architects completed a study for a Community Natatorium. The firm developed a design that was aesthetically pleasing in addition to establishing a strong community focal point. The exterior design admits significant controlled daylighting into the facility and indoor pool areas. The building’s energy efficient exterior skin incorporated insulated low-e tinted hurricane resistant glazing and thermal window frames and a fully insulated exterior skin and metal roofing system.
