Yeates Mancil Architects LLC provided full A/E Design Services for the design and construction of the new Capital One Drive through Teller Facility. Recently the firm provided architectural professional services for the renovations and addition to the same facility when acquired by Investor Bank. This new and recently renovated bank facility is located at the corner of historic St. Charles Avenue and Napoleon Avenue in a highly visible and prominent location. The relatively small teller building has a dignified stature with a columned front porch facing St. Charles Avenue and rear covered brick walkway along Napoleon Avenue which helps enclose the site. The original new bank building project as designed by Yeates Mancil Architects, LLC was awarded an Honor Award by the Historic District Landmarks Commission. The recent interior renovations and exterior addition were completed to provide Investar Bank with an updated interior and a lobby open to the public.
