Yeates Mancil provided design services for a new Investar Branch Building at a high visibility site on Metairie Road in Jefferson Parish. The firm went through a process of numerous 3D rendering iterations for Owner review and approval prior to proceeding into the construction documents phase. A few examples of the 3D rendering design concepts for the exterior and interior of the new contemporary bank building are highlighted above. The project progress was placed on hold by the Owner after completion of the construction documents phase and regulatory agency approvals.
