This award winning “mixed-use” residential and commercial condominium project in the historic Warehouse District of New Orleans, Louisiana was designed to maintain the neighborhood’s architectural integrity by renovating the existing exterior facades and recreating two of the destroyed historical facades. Many of the original historic architectural elements were maintained or reused. The project also included 45,000 square feet of new parking and residential units tied into the historic structures.
