YEATES MANCIL ARCHITECTS, LLC , is located in the historic Warehouse District in downtown New Orleans. originally Founded in 1981 as Yeates and Yeates Architects, the firm has been in the continuous practice of architecture in New Orleans and in the southeast United States for the past 40 years.  Our current professional design team has been working together for over 16 years and is dedicated to its mission of providing quality services in the areas of pre-design, programming, design, construction administration, interior design, estimating, code analysis, zoning analysis, damage assessments, disaster recovery services, budgeting services, comprehensive review and assessment of existing facilities, public presentations, renderings and 3D Modeling. Yeates Mancil Architects, LLC has successfully provided professional Architectural services for a variety of public and private projects including government, civic, community centers, historic preservation, hurricane repair and rehabilitation projects, educational facilities, office buildings, libraries, museums, commercial facilities, as well as others. Owner Thad Mancil, is a Louisiana Licensed Architect who believes in a “hands on” approach in the day to day practice of the firm and enjoys direct involvement in every project from start to finish.
